From the start of our project all the way to the end Sundown were professional, helpful and thoroughly supportive in every aspect they could be. From timely replies, efficient setup to their vast expertise the team really enhanced our events and were always happy to go above and beyond with their support. At all times I was confident that should any issues arise, the onsite team would be able to effectively resolve the issue and continue the smooth running of the event.  I would have no issue using their services again or recommending them for any AV needs.

Sundown have been absolutely fantastic. We hired them for a community outdoor cinema event and their support and guidance along the way has been great, plus the hire was excellent value for money! Lillie was on hand to answer our many questions and worked with us in the lead up to the day, and Jonny, the technician who was there on the day, was very approachable and friendly, making the event setup run as smoothly as possible. I would definitely recommend this organisation to anyone looking to host such an event and would use them again for sure!
